Our Easter weekend
The Boys finally cleaned their room. So that meant they were free to do what they wanted to do. Well, it had been a while since we went out as a family and rode quads, so that's what we did. We had fun and the kids did great. Elsa rode her's for a while and she went in other directions other than in a circle. Yea! Abby let me give her a little ride on my quad. That's a big deal, because she is so scared of the sound of the quads. It was fun, although it would've been more fun if the wind wasn't blowing. It made it a little bit chilly, which I'm not complaining, our weather has been awesome. Also, it blew sand everywhere. (That's the part I complain about) other than that it was fun! The whole day was so fun because we spent it together. Later, we took the adult quads to the dealership to get serviced and then went to get a bite to eat. Then we came home and cleaned the house a little to get ready for the Sabbath. Here are some pictures and video....
Elsa riding her quad. She did pretty good.
The girls in their Easter dresses and the purses that Britta made for them. Then all of them before church. They clean up real nice don't they?
Calvin, watching the other people riding their quads and dirtbikes, while waiting for his to warm up.

What a kid!
Third grade has been quite a test for Dallin. It has also been a test for his Mom and Dad. Well we're happy to say that he has done very well with his homework the last couple of weeks. In fact, I thought I heard him say to Calvin, "I'm just going to do it so it is done and I don't have to worry about it." "Wow!" Mom thought. He IS getting it. Hopefully, he can keep that up with his school work too, through out his whole school years.
On Sunday, we were in sacrament meeting and I, Mom, was looking at each of the kids. (You know, making sure they were behaving and all), I looked at Elsa, she was coloring, Abby was sitting on Dad's lap looking at a book, Calvin was coloring, and Dallin, well, Dallin was reading the Friend, and looking up scriptures. It was such a proud moment for me. "What a great kid." I thought. What a great example too. Dallin can be very trying at times, yet he has such a strong testimony already. He is such a good example to his brother and sisters, and his friends. What a kid!

Got pictures?............We do!
On Saturday, we went to finally get some "professional" pictures taken of the family. We went to Portrait Innovations 'cause we heard they were pretty good. After having to reschedule only once, I might add. We finally got some good takes. Abby was our little one who did NOT want to even go near the props, backgrounds, or anything. Not by herself, that is. She was fine if Clint or myself were holding her. Anyway, so the 2nd time was the charm. We got some really cute photos. We got a lot too. Wouldn't you if you had kids as cute as these. ;) Here are just a few. This one is one of my favorites. I love the way they're all crowded in together. It's like they really love each other or something.
