Who looks like who?

We found this cool site where we can see who each kid looks like the most. I'm not sure how accurate it is, because I did several of them and they said different things. Yet it is fun to see who looks like who. I think, too, it has something to do with different pictures. You all should try it, it's fun!

We love Halloween!

Batman, Tinkerbell, Mario, & The one eyed, one horned flying purple people eater had a blast at the school carnival on friday night.

****************

Abby finally let me put her hood on and kept it on the rest of the night. Calvin and Dallin made cakes for the cake walk. Dallin's is a spider web and Calvin's is spooky eyes looking at you, adorned with spiders, bats, and ghosts, oooooooo! They had fun decorating them. At the carnival, we went through the haunted house. Calvin was so scared he closed his eyes and plugged his ears and Clint had to push his through, Elsa did good until some spooky hands tried to grab her feet, that scared her a little. Dallin did good all the way through, he was the first one out. Abby just looked at everything like she was so not impressed. Then, we just played some games and then went home. what a night!

She's a swinger! Ha! Dad I said it first! Abby loves to swing.

Abby loves her doll Grandma and Papa gave her for her birthday.
One day she wore her doll in her little carrier all day, when we went somewhere
in the car, I had to do the straps to her carseat under the doll while she wore it. She loves
her doll. Thanks Grandma and Papa!
Elsa loves her 4 wheeler!
Before I cut her bangs. Where are her eyes?
Baby got bangs!
I was sick of having her hair in her eyes.
Now I can see her baby blues and she looks
so grown up.

Abby's little friends who came to her birthday ball party.

Raingutter Regatta

Dallin did so good. I was so proud! He got 2nd place.
Pretty good for his first regatta.

Peek-a-boo!

Happy Birthday Abby!
I think she loves her dolls
(and so does Elsa I might add.)
When Abby opened her Snow White doll Elsa's
eyes got so wide and she sighed with excitement.
I said, "Now, Elsa don't forget that it's Abby's."
She didn't hear a word I said. Both Elsa and Abby are learning
to share their toys. They're great sisters!

Our budding artist

These are some of the drawings Elsa did. She is so talented, funny, and creative.

More news

Dallin, making his boat for the raingutter ragatta for cub scouts. Calvin and Abby wish they could make one too.

Calvin lost another tooth. Yea! Here it is, he's so proud. He got 1 whole quarter. The "toothfairy" almost forgot to come. In the morning, before Calvin woke up, Clint was getting ready for work and remembered to do it. Good thing he goes to work early.

See how fast they grow

Abby is all ready for church.

We had a ward activity at the park in Boulder City, just south of Vegas. The kids had fun. The boys got so wet in the water. Of course, I didn't get any pictures of that. The girls had a blast though. The boys brought their skateboards and bikes, because there was a little skate/bike park nearby. They soon realized when they got there that its not as easy as it looks.

First day of school....Already?!

Elsa is all ready to go to school. Although she needed coaxing to go in the classroom. She did great the second day. She just needed to know that everything was O.K. and her teacher was still nice.
Dallin is very excited for 3rd grade and the G.A.T.E. program. The first day of G.A.T.E. he came home saying that it was so fun and he loved it. Calvin loves his 1st grade class and his teacher. His teacher said that he is so fun to have in class too. He's getting to know lots of kids in his class. (Even the girls)
Now that Abby can count to ten, she can wear her olives on her fingers. I tried to put them on my fingers. They didn't fit like when I was a kid. Abby's lucky.
Abby is all ready to go out and play. she loves being outside. Crazy girl. She doesn't care how hot it is. It is cooling down. Today it only got up to 102*. Still hot, but not like has been.

This is cute Abby counting to ten. One night when I was trying to get Elsa ready for bed, I started to count. "1..." then Abby said,"two...bwee... and so forth" What a smartie! You have to listen really well. She says all of the numbers except one and four.

Well, on Friday, I decided to set up a little studio in our home and take pictures. I hadn't done it in a while so I thought it was time. The kids seemed to have fun with it.Here are just a few of the pictures I took.

I put more on www.myfamily.com if anyone wants to see more. It was fun taking pictures of these kids. I should do it more often and I will.
